Job Summary

As a Technical Manager for Regional Facility Management, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and tenants regarding all technical and infrastructural facility management matters across multiple locations in Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Rhineland-Palatinate. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and overseeing service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and conversion projects, and handling procurement and contract awarding. You will also be responsible for performance acceptance, billing, warranty tracking, and implementing quality assurance measures. This role requires a proactive individual who can conduct cost-benefit analyses, propose optimization strategies, and contribute to the overall economic efficiency of the properties. Required Skills

Education

Sound technical/construction-technical education and specialized knowledge in building equipment trades

Experience
