Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for both junior and senior IT professionals to manage and optimize client IT landscapes. You will be instrumental in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of core Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365, while serving as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd-Level support issues. Daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving incidents using a ticketing system and actively participating in exciting projects like system migrations and optimization. A unique aspect of this position is the chance to integrate and learn about AI-supported system technologies and expand RMM and documentation systems, allowing for significant professional growth and increasing responsibility in managing complex IT environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration) or equivalent professional knowledge
Experience
- Initial professional experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365)
- Experience in 1st and 2nd-Level IT support
- Experience managing and resolving incidents via ticketing systems
