Job Summary

This challenging and varied role involves taking full responsibility for sales and profitability within the Belgian market for a successful family-owned company. The Field Sales Representative will focus on maintaining existing customer relationships while actively expanding the client base through new customer acquisition and market development. Key daily tasks include presenting products and services at trade fairs and customer sites, handling inquiries, preparing detailed calculations and quotations, and conducting technical and commercial contract negotiations. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, extensive international sales experience, particularly in switchgear systems within Belgium, and fluent negotiation skills in English, with French as a native language being highly advantageous. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, a structured and analytical approach, and a high level of commitment and team spirit.
