Job Summary

This role involves working as a Product Engineer, focusing heavily on procurement, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance within the medical technology sector. Day-to-day tasks include purchasing raw materials, operating supplies, tools, and services, negotiating prices, and independently processing orders. A key focus is coordinating with order processing, manufacturing planning, and goods receipt, while also managing raw material transports to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, preferably in Plastics or Medical Technology, and brings several years of experience in the medical device field. They must have excellent knowledge of plastic material properties and processing, project leadership experience, and familiarity with regulatory documentation (ISO 13485, 21CFR820). This position offers an immediate, full-time, permanent placement within a medium-sized company in Nonnweiler, focusing on strategic purchasing and process optimization.
