Job Summary

This role involves leading quality assurance and quality control activities within the pharmaceutical industry in Frankfurt am Main, ensuring compliance with strict GMP guidelines. The Team Leader will be responsible for the timely execution and documentation of quality tests, implementing and maintaining necessary quality assurance systems like Failure Investigation, and providing expert knowledge during regulatory inspections and internal audits. Key responsibilities also include managing safety (HSE) regulations, handling complaints related to lab tests, and contributing to project teams. The ideal candidate is a Pharmacist or Biotechnologist with a natural science degree, experience in QC, strong GMP knowledge, and ideally, initial leadership experience.
