Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Microsoft System Engineer focused on providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure across small and medium-sized enterprises in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The position involves hands-on technical administration, remote support, and on-site customer service. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory and MS Exchange, and administering Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing, administering, and developing client system and network landscapes, implementing new IT software, and setting up remote and home office components. This position requires a strong background in IT administration, excellent German language skills, and practical knowledge of current server systems and cloud solutions, offering a permanent contract with flexible hours and home office options.
