Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Technician to join a world-leading manufacturer of machinery and systems for cutting and packaging baked goods. The core responsibilities involve overseeing the electrical installation and commissioning processes for custom-built machinery, ranging from single units to complete systems. Day-to-day tasks include leading team members, distributing work assignments, managing material disposition, and ensuring rigorous quality control. A key technical focus is the professional wiring of control systems according to schematics, expert machine installation, and comprehensive commissioning, including testing control functions and safety devices, alongside detailed troubleshooting. Candidates must possess a completed electrical engineering qualification with further training as a Technician, or an equivalent engineering degree.
