Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning, implementation, and maintenance of building automation systems (BAS) for a major client. The technician will be responsible for developing concepts, selecting, and specifying necessary Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) components. Key daily tasks include collaborating closely with planning offices and external companies, managing commercial responsibilities related to projects, and ensuring the documentation (MCR documentation, release lists for PLC and visualization technology) is accurate and maintained. A crucial part of the job is monitoring project execution to guarantee quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control, alongside the ongoing support and development of the in-house technical building equipment (TGA). Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering, deep knowledge of MCR technology, and practical experience with programmable controllers like Simatic S7 and Siemens TIA Portal.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training and further qualification as a Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent university degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MSR)
- Practical experience with programmable controllers (Simatic S7, Siemens TIA Portal, etc.)
