Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Technician specializing in Personal Systems, Datacenter, and Networking environments for an information technology service provider. The core responsibilities include executing individual service orders, such as Incident resolution and IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting client hardware and software issues, supporting users with mobile devices (iOS and Android), and assisting remote teams with network problems. A key component of the role is the configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, and printers, along with meticulous documentation of all tasks within a ticketing system. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or at least one year of recent practical experience, strong technical skills in cabling and procedure execution, and fluent proficiency in both German and English due to the client's international nature.
