Job Summary

This role involves driving strategic purchasing and supplier management specifically within the fields of Orthopedics, Traumatology, and Sports Medicine for Hirslanden, Switzerland's largest medical network. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of product groups, developing lean and economically viable supplier and article portfolios, and ensuring standardization across the group. A core part of the job is preparing and executing complex negotiations with suppliers, continuously optimizing costs in collaboration with clinical users, and participating in national and international working groups and projects. Furthermore, you will ensure strict compliance with Swiss medical legislation (HMG and MepV) across the clinics. This position requires strong analytical skills, a systematic approach, and excellent negotiation abilities, ideally complemented by professional experience in a medical functional area.
