This role involves managing and optimizing process technology systems within a large dairy and beverage producer that supplies major European retailers. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including developing plant specifications, soliciting and evaluating bids based on technical, technological, and commercial criteria, and coordinating all internal departments and external specialist companies involved. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with production, quality, and energy efficiency standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Technology or equivalent technical qualification (Technician/Master) and ideally possesses initial professional experience in the dairy industry.
