Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Ismaning, supporting a client specializing in Managed Services for industrial companies, focusing on areas like client support, hardware provision, and network monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing specific project orders and delivering essential onsite support for Windows clients, printers, and telecommunication systems, managing tickets via B/F, IMAC, and H+E processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with hands-on expertise in managing various hardware, including PCs, notebooks, printers, IP telephony, and mobile devices.
