Job Summary

This role involves supporting medical innovation by serving as the primary IT contact for colleagues across the EMEA region within a leading medical technology company in Munich. The specialist will handle a variety of essential IT tasks, including providing First Level Support for hardware and software issues, managing and configuring existing IT systems, and distributing software to MacOS, Windows, and Mobile Devices. Key responsibilities also include installing new IT workstations, assisting with IT projects, and preparing for and executing IT office relocations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualifications, strong knowledge of telecommunications, networking protocols (LAN/WAN), and expertise in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients, utilizing tools like SCCM for software distribution, and supporting common Office applications.
