Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT Support as a Service Desk Agent for a mechanical engineering company located in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing Remote Control applications to deliver support, efficiently processing incoming IT support tickets, analyzing and classifying disruptions, and ensuring thorough documentation of resolution paths and updates to the knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses completed training in an IT field (such as an IT Specialist or IT Management Assistant) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with a high degree of process understanding, ideally based on ITIL standards. You must demonstrate strong customer and service orientation, along with expertise in Service Level Management. Furthermore, the ability to technically guide colleagues regarding organizational effort and time management is key.
