Job Summary

This role as a Network Specialist in Unterhaching focuses on providing comprehensive Enterprise, Carrier, and Data Center Network solutions across Germany. The primary responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of network components: planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The specialist will deliver essential 1st and 2nd Level Support, handling troubleshooting via remote access, phone, or on-site visits, and collaborating closely with Technical Assistance Centers (TACs) from major vendors like Cisco and Brocade. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with practical experience in Routing, Switching, and TCP/IP. Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus products, as well as general knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies from vendors like Juniper and Brocade, is required. The position offers a permanent contract option after an initial temporary placement, flexible working hours, and the possibility of a company car and home office.
