Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of various rental properties and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing minor repairs, general maintenance, and comprehensive upkeep across mechanical and electrical systems, including heating, plumbing, elevators, and electrical infrastructure. Key duties include monitoring technical systems, performing regular technical inspections of the properties, and maintaining exterior grounds and green spaces. You will also support property managers in tenant relations and coordinate external contractors. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification, such as a Heating Technician, Plumber, or Electrical Technician, coupled with solid experience in building and facility technology. Independence, physical resilience, and a valid driver's license are essential for this hands-on, detail-oriented position.
