Job Summary

This critical role focuses on the execution and meticulous documentation of microbiological and physical validation activities within medical laboratory environments. The technician is responsible for the complete lifecycle of testing, including planning, preparation, and conducting various microbiological tests, followed by the precise evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of results in both laboratory journals and digital systems, such as LIMS and Excel. A key responsibility involves ensuring strict adherence to GMP/GLP guidelines and internal quality standards, as well as managing and maintaining microbiological and physical testing equipment. Candidates must hold a completed technical or equivalent qualification (e.g., Chemical or Biological Laboratory Assistant, BTA/MTA) and demonstrate practical experience in sterile techniques, aseptic work, and complex validation procedures. The position requires a structured, responsible, and team-oriented approach, contributing actively to the continuous improvement of testing protocols.
