This role involves acting as the primary Caretaker and Facility Maintenance Technician for properties, specifically focusing on the operation and maintenance of a sports hall in Bad Langensalza. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with house rules and serving as the main point of contact for all facility users, including teachers, students, and clubs.
