Job Summary

This role, based in Erlangen with significant home office flexibility, involves shaping the digital future of window production as part of the Digital Window Solutions team. The specialist will be responsible for configuring control systems for window processing machinery directly at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include providing first-line technical support for internal and external clients, managing software setup, customizing solutions, supporting rollouts, and delivering training for new releases or modules. A core component of the role is creating clear documentation and tutorials to ensure customer success and address technical inquiries. Candidates must possess relevant experience in the window industry or related sectors (doors, fittings) and ideally have knowledge of window construction software or CNC machine control. Success requires strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel approximately 20% within the DACH and Benelux regions.
