Job Summary

This role involves supporting the continuous operation and power supply of the entire company's power plant facilities. The Power Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the technical power plant systems in coordination with production areas. Daily duties include conducting regular rounds to check facilities for irregularities, ensuring cleanliness, and independently resolving operational disturbances within the power plant. A key component of the job is assisting with the start-up and shutdown of boiler systems during maintenance or operational changes. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training, preferably in the industrial or skilled trades sector, strong technical comprehension, and a willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
