Job Summary

The MEGATECH communication GmbH, a medium-sized system integrator specializing in Pro A/V and IT/Telecommunications, is seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist to bolster their full-service offering. This role is crucial for implementing and administering system solutions for clients, encompassing server, client, network, and telecommunication system design. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd level customer support utilizing the Omnitracker ticketing system, performing remote configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, and meticulously managing IT documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT, possesses fundamental knowledge of network technology, and demonstrates strong communication skills. While not mandatory, experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V, as well as Voice over IP (VoIP), is highly desirable.
