Job Summary

This role as a Water Construction Specialist involves critical infrastructure work in the greater Hamburg region, focusing on the renovation and construction of hydraulic structures such as embankment walls, jetties, slopes, and retention basins. A significant portion of the work is conducted directly from the water using specialized equipment and pontoons, under the guidance of a Site Manager. Key daily responsibilities include hands-on construction tasks, site preparation at the company berth, and the routine maintenance of heavy machinery and tools, ranging from excavators to chainsaws. Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification and be prepared for physically demanding work in a dynamic marine environment. This position offers the stability of a permanent, full-time contract with the benefit of local work, ensuring employees can return home nightly, along with 30 days of annual leave and generally free weekends, making it an attractive opportunity for trade professionals.
