Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified IT Specialist focused on System Integration who thrives in direct customer interaction within a business-to-business IT service environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, clients, and networks, alongside setting up critical infrastructure components like firewalls, routers, NAS, and comprehensive backup solutions. A significant part of the job involves managing Microsoft 365, email, and cloud environments, providing essential 1st and 2nd-level support, and resolving system malfunctions both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will also contribute to IT projects, such as system migrations and security concept development, requiring strong technical skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network technology, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
