Job Summary
This role involves the full lifecycle development of custom printed circuit boards (PCBs) for 8/32-bit microcontroller systems, focusing on both analog and digital circuit design. Day-to-day tasks include creating schematics and layouts, optimizing components and manufacturing processes, performing initial commissioning and verification, and overseeing critical EMC and climate chamber testing. The engineer will collaborate closely within a small team, working with lab technicians and colleagues from hardware development, mechanical design, and production. Key qualifications include deep knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology and experience in schematic and layout creation. This position offers the opportunity to guide products from initial concept through serial production and eventual discontinuation, making it a comprehensive and impactful engineering role within an innovative, internationally focused German company.
