Job Summary
This role is perfect for a service-oriented IT professional, including career changers with IT affinity, who will serve as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd Level Support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing assigned tickets via phone, email, or portal, performing remote support using tools like TeamViewer, and executing critical onsite tasks such as hardware and software repair, installation, and data migration for PCs and printers. A core component of the job is detailed fault analysis, initial problem resolution based on existing documentation, and accurate classification of incidents within the ticketing system. The technician will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining IT and telecommunication devices, supporting Windows-based print servers in SAP and Office environments, and contributing to ITSM/ITIL process documentation and Knowledge Management. Strong German and good English skills, coupled with experience in Windows Client/Server systems and structured cabling, are essential for success in this customer-facing role.

Completed vocational training in IT or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support is desired
- Experience with Windows Client and Server operating systems
- Experience in configuring and maintaining WLAN hand scanners
- Experience in the TK systems environment
- Experience with common ticketing systems
- Experience in supporting Knowledge Management (desired)
