The ideal candidate must possess proven leadership experience, deep expertise in German public sector law (TVöD and Civil Service Law), and demonstrable skills in organizational development and process improvement. Required Skills
Education
Administrative Specialist (BVS Technical Examination II), Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, or comparable university degree (e.g., Administrative Sciences)
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in public administration
- Proven leadership experience (e.g., team or departmental management) with personnel responsibility
- Demonstrable experience in organizational development, particularly in structuring and improving organizational processes
