Job Summary

This role is for an experienced AI Developer focused on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance and revolutionize email management products within an innovative Bremen-based startup. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing smart, personalized solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex email workflows. The developer will be instrumental in building high-performance, scalable AI systems on Microsoft Azure, ensuring system reliability through continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and optimization. A key expectation is the independent evaluation and integration of modern web stacks (Node.js, Nest.js, FastAPI) and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant) from prototype to production. Candidates must bring at least three years of professional experience deploying LLMs in an enterprise setting, strong programming proficiency in Python and TypeScript, and expertise in RAG and advanced Prompt Engineering.
