Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Electrician looking to step into a leadership position within an industrial environment in Ludwigshafen. The Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and automation systems by overseeing and executing maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical supply and distribution faults, and performing electrical modifications and new installations on machinery and systems. A key aspect of the role involves leading employees, communicating repair statuses with plant electricians and planners, and meticulously documenting all activities within the SAP system. Candidates must possess a completed Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of experience in maintaining industrial electrical systems, and knowledge of PLC technology (Siemens/ABB) and drive technology. Strong organizational skills and adherence to quality and safety regulations are mandatory for success in this critical coordination role.
