Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim as a fixed-term Production Technician specializing in laboratory batch preparation. The core responsibilities involve strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines (IVDD, QS-Reg, and GxP rules) and legal requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection while executing manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include the precise weighing and SAP booking of input materials, which requires lifting loads up to 20 kg multiple times daily. You will be responsible for preparing reagent batches, meticulously documenting the entire manufacturing process, and ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, workspaces, and production facilities. The position also involves the portioning of intermediate products. Ideal candidates must hold a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, or Laboratory Assistant) and possess solid professional experience in a similar regulated production environment. Strong German language skills (written and spoken) and good PC application knowledge are essential.
