Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg, focusing on advanced chemical development and synthesis, initially through a fixed-term contract via a staffing agency with the goal of permanent placement. The successful candidate will be responsible for adopting and establishing new procedures from R&D, leading projects for process optimization, and developing new processes and technologies for production operations. Daily tasks include executing multi-stage syntheses, performing and evaluating analytical tests, and creating detailed technical documentation and regulations. A crucial part of the job involves leading sub-projects and supporting the training of new team members. Key qualifications include a completed Master's degree in Chemistry, specializing in Organic Chemistry, combined with practical experience in purification technologies and analytical methods. Strong communication skills in German (C1/Fluent) and English (B2/Intermediate) are mandatory for effective international coordination.
