Job Summary

This role involves joining the DIHK Service GmbH IT-Services team in Berlin, focusing on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support for the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs). The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all technical inquiries via phone, remote tools, and in-person support. Key daily tasks include setting up and dismantling PC workstations, managing and supporting mobile devices (notebooks, smartphones, tablets) using Mobile Device Management (MDM), and maintaining hardware inventory. The position also requires coordinating procurement and handling escalations with external partners. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in IT Support or Service Desk operations. Essential technical knowledge includes client operating systems and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and fluent German are mandatory for success in this highly visible support role.
