Job Summary

This role is based within an interdisciplinary team of scientists and IT specialists focused on developing innovative software solutions for the Life Science, Pharma, and Chemical industries. The Software Tester will play a vital role in quality assurance, primarily through supporting development teams and independently executing comprehensive manual software tests, including integration, performance, and acceptance testing. Key responsibilities involve conceptualizing detailed test scenarios, meticulously documenting test results, and actively participating in the optimization and further development of existing test processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high commitment to quality, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in German (C2 level) and very good command of English are mandatory requirements for success in this structured, customer-oriented environment, which offers hybrid work options and continuous professional development opportunities, such as ISTQB certification.
