Job Summary
This role involves supporting and advancing the software tools used by the field sales team, with a primary focus on the CRM system (Salesforce) and applications like MS 365. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently analyzing needs, developing and implementing processes within Salesforce, and creating and conducting training sessions for users. The specialist ensures data consistency across various sales IT systems (e.g., Sales Tool, Salesforce, SAP) and provides essential first-level support for Salesforce. Furthermore, the position requires leading and participating in international projects focused on application software development and supporting the field sales team with commercial tasks, such as quote calculations and delivery logistics inquiries. The ideal candidate must possess a commercial or IT-focused qualification, several years of experience in application programming, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.

Education
Completed commercial vocational training or degree, primarily in the field of IT
Experience
- Professional experience in application programming
- Several years of experience in handling and user support of Salesforce (CRM), MS 365, and other application software
- Experience in internal sales or sales controlling (desirable)
