Job Summary
This leadership role involves the strategic realignment and management of the administrative team within the Executive School at EBS University. The primary focus is on driving sales activities for Executive Education programs. Key responsibilities include supporting product development, exploring new target markets, and standardizing and professionalizing sales processes and program management. You will also be responsible for harmonizing administrative processes and optimizing interfaces, particularly with the central Marketing and Corporate Programs sales teams. A crucial part of the job involves expanding sales controlling and promoting IT integration within the Executive Education domain. Candidates must possess a university degree in business or management, relevant sales experience (ideally in the education sector), and a combination of strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for the education sector.
