Job Summary

This role involves leading the telecommunications department within a successful, long-standing family-owned retail company. The Team Manager will be responsible for personnel management, actively leading and developing team members in all sales topics, and carrying full P&L responsibility for merchandise and services. Daily activities include actively selling products, providing expert customer consultation, controlling the department based on defined KPIs, and implementing sales promotion measures.
