Job Summary

We are seeking an engaged Media Technology Service Technician to join Heydel GmbH, experts in audio, video, and media technology for over 65 years. This crucial role involves the installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance of complex media technology systems, including those used in conference and event rooms, as well as specialized voice alarm systems. Day-to-day responsibilities require the independent execution of maintenance, repairs, and inspections after a structured training period, alongside meticulous documentation of all service and maintenance work. The Technician will collaborate closely with the technical and project teams. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification (such as an Information Electronics Technician or Event Technician), though career changers are welcome. Initial experience with safety technology or 100V technology is advantageous.
