Job Summary

This role is for a specialized Software Developer to join HENSOLDT, a leading global provider of premium sensors, at their Ulm location. The primary focus is on the development and coordination of automated test systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development of system drivers according to internal standards, creating necessary support tools independent of the framework, and holistically coordinating the implementation of complex software with multiple functions. The developer will be responsible for translating internal and external requirements into module functionalities, participating in crucial code reviews, and creating detailed design and test specifications. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and demonstrate professional experience developing test systems, specifically utilizing the NI Toolchain (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand). Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge of measurement technology, high proficiency in both German and English, and a willingness to travel for business trips.
