Job Summary

This leadership role requires taking strategic and technical ownership of the Data Analytics division, driving continuous development with a strong focus on innovation and business growth. The Head of Data Analytics will be responsible for leading complex analytics projects, ensuring the technical delivery capability of the team, and planning and implementing robust architectural solutions for data platforms. A core function involves transforming traditional business processes into smart, data-driven streams and spearheading internal and external Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. You will act as a strategic consultant and thought leader, conducting requirements workshops with clients, and co-developing innovative data products. Key requirements include a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent knowledge, coupled with several years of experience in cloud architecture (MS Azure or AWS), ETL/ELT processes, and agile project leadership.
