Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged individual to join a Quality Control (QC) team in Allschwil, focusing heavily on ensuring the quality of materials within a GMP-regulated environment, likely pharmaceutical or biotech. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous incoming goods inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, as well as final quality checks for outbound shipments, including clinical trial medication. The specialist will manage sample requests, monitor sample storage and destruction processes, and actively implement preventative measures to maintain quality standards. A key part of the job involves contributing to the creation and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing material quarantine, and conducting weekly warehouse inspections (GEMBA). Candidates should possess experience in QC or GMP environments, coupled with a background as a Chemical/Biotech/Pharmaceutical Technologist or Logistics Specialist, demonstrating a meticulous and structured approach to work.
