Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the electrical commissioning of mechanical systems, power generation, and auxiliary systems, primarily within the demanding shipbuilding sector. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of assigned systems and leading interdisciplinary internal and external teams to guarantee efficient, timely, and high-quality project execution. Key tasks include optimizing testing processes, managing technical documentation, coordinating closely with authorities and project partners, and conducting root cause analysis for technical challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably as a certified technician or master electrician, coupled with professional experience, ideally in shipbuilding. Success in this position requires negotiation-level German and strong English skills, along with experience in documentation management systems and a proactive, results-oriented approach to project coordination.
