Job Summary
This role is central to project success, focusing on maintaining structured, current, and accessible documentation across various projects. The Document Manager is responsible for managing, systematizing, and archiving documents according to corporate policies, ensuring all project stakeholders have timely access to the latest versions. Key daily tasks include implementing and overseeing processes for version control and document approval, maintaining the Master Document List, and coordinating closely with clients and partners to meet documentation requirements. To excel, candidates must possess several years of professional experience in project business, fluency in both German and English, and practical experience with Document Management Systems such as SharePoint or Documentum. The position requires strong organizational skills, a focus on quality, and the ability to coordinate effectively between diverse teams and clients, offering exciting projects and strong development opportunities.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training in Information Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project business
