Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on maintaining and evolving client IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and ongoing support of IT environments, encompassing the administration of Windows Servers, network components, and cloud services. A critical part of the job involves resolving disruptions and managing system expansions through 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing robust IT security measures, such as backup solutions, firewall management, and multi-factor authentication, alongside thorough documentation of projects and system environments. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in System Integration or an equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, network technology, and ideally Microsoft 365. The position requires excellent German language skills and a Class B driving license for on-site client visits, offering a challenging opportunity to connect people and technology.
