Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Specialist focused on Client Management to join a dynamic family-owned IT and Engineering firm. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of the client infrastructure, including designing, installing, configuring, and operating systems. Day-to-day tasks include critical functions like managing deployment, group policies, software distribution, patch management, and ensuring client security and analytics. The specialist will handle 2nd and 3rd level incident resolution, evaluate and approve new hardware models for corporate use, and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user manuals. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist certification or Computer Science degree) and demonstrate profound knowledge of Microsoft Administration within the client management sphere. Strong systematic problem-solving and clear communication skills are essential. This position requires fluent German language skills (B2+ level) as it is the primary working language.
