Job Summary

This role involves leading, planning, steering, and implementing complex projects within the field of telecommunications technology. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating internal project teams and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution. Key daily activities include rigorous monitoring of budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, alongside proactive identification and mitigation of potential project risks. A crucial component of the role is active stakeholder management to ensure transparency and successful collaboration, culminating in the creation of comprehensive project reports, status updates, and technical documentation for all parties. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Technology and demonstrate professional experience in project leadership. Required technical expertise includes strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VoIP) and radio technology (GSM, BOS). Proficiency in project management tools such as MS-Project and JIRA is mandatory, complemented by fluent German and English skills.
