Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Information Security Specialist to connect people and technology, driving the next level of security for renowned clients. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including identifying critical business processes, IT dependencies, and derived measures. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Business Continuity and Emergency Management plans, complete with regular testing and training. A core function involves expanding the existing Information Security Management System (ISMS), transitioning from TISAX standards toward full ISO 27001 compliance. The specialist will also manage and enhance the risk management framework (identification, assessment, monitoring) and support compliance efforts through internal audits of IT architectures, cloud systems, and software. Candidates require a degree in Business Informatics or a related technical field and at least three years of experience in BCM/BIA within IT environments, coupled with fluent German and good English skills. The position offers a permanent contract and flexible working arrangements.
