Job Summary

The Information Security Manager will be crucial in coordinating and advancing the organizational Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring its effectiveness through continuous monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting internal departments on security matters, actively participating in security-related projects, and organizing both internal and external security audits. A core function involves developing and implementing essential policies, processes, and standards based on corporate guidelines, as well as designing and executing comprehensive security awareness and training programs. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in Information or IT Security. Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz and initial exposure to the KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) environment are essential. This role requires a solution-oriented professional with fluent German and intermediate English skills who is ready to drive innovation in IT security.
