This role involves the global coordination and logistics of clinical human biosamples within international clinical trials, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The expert will be responsible for defining and compiling biosample and study requirements into comprehensive plans and checklists based on the clinical trial protocol. Day-to-day tasks include harmonizing information across internal and external interfaces, reviewing and supplementing study-specific documents like the clinical trial protocol and electronic case report forms, and managing vendor selection by obtaining and reviewing quotes for logistics providers. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a medical or scientific field, deep analytical and technical knowledge of biosample collection, and professional experience in clinical trial processes. Success requires strong organizational skills, process-oriented thinking, and excellent communication abilities to thrive in multidisciplinary, international teams.
