Job Summary

This role is seeking an ambitious IT Support Specialist (1st & 2nd Level) to ensure the seamless operation of daily IT infrastructure and technology solutions for clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire ticket lifecycle, including the classification and dispatching of incoming requests, and resolving incidents, problems, and change requests. A core part of the job involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of user workstations, including client PCs, telephones, and printers, as well as managing local servers and performing Active Directory administration. You will serve as the crucial communication interface between end-users and the broader support teams, and assist in various IT project topics. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a similar qualification. Initial experience in IT support and familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Windows Server 2012/2016 and Windows Clients 7/10, are highly desirable. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training/certification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Administrator, or equivalent qualification.

Experience
