Job Summary

This role involves developing and refining technologies and processes crucial for the precise adjustment (alignment) of complex systems and components used in high-performance lenses and illumination systems within the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing current adjustment methodologies, defining process metrics, and creating tools for data collection and analysis. A key part of the job is introducing these new processes into manufacturing, providing scientific oversight during product ramp-ups, and validating development outcomes. Furthermore, the physicist will conduct simulations and experiments to budget current and future processes and technologies, coordinating these development tasks within project teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Physics, ideally supplemented by a doctorate, and possesses knowledge of technical optics, excellent English skills, and strong communication abilities.
