This role involves ensuring the technical quality and perfection of complex development projects for renowned clients. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting crucial Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and evaluate risks, and subsequently monitoring the implementation of corresponding risk mitigation strategies. Key daily activities include defining and coordinating external test procedures, performing independent laboratory tests when necessary, and analyzing the impact of lifespan factors based on product returns from the field. Collaboration with specialized departments is essential for the approval of manufacturing processes. Candidates should hold a university degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by a doctorate. Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English are required to succeed in this challenging and rewarding technology environment.
